Torre del Pozzo takes its name from the ancient Spanish tower and from the natural well dug into the rock by the erosion of the wind and the sea.
The cove is well sheltered from the promontory called “La balena” because of its shape similar to the cetacean.
The seabed is low and sandy with rocks and pebbles, the water is clear and the sand is fine.
