The beach of Sa Mesa Longa, which means “long board”, takes its name from the rocky platform that is located near the coast and that protects the beach from the currents and waves generated by the wind.
The beach is enclosed on the sides by the cliffs of Capo Mannu and Su Pallosu.
The water is deep green and the beach is surrounded by dunes populated by Mediterranean plants, the sand is light and clear.
