The beach of Santa Caterina di Pittinuri is enclosed between Punta Cagaragas and the promontory of Tore Pittinuri. Surrounded by white limestone rock is dotted with numerous caves and ravines of rare beauty.
The sea is shallow and the beach is made of golden sand and stones of different sizes near the mouth of the Rio Salamedu.
